And yeah, those Smithlings drop nice loot and info.  The most I ever picked up from one was a little over 300,000.  I made about 8 million info in total, and got to decompile plenty of new clothes.

Are the frags tradable??

The frags aren't tradeable.  Your best bet will be to get a full mission team.  The more people on a mission team means an increased number of Smithling spawns.  The more spawns, the greater chance of looting a frag.

Grab a mission ticket ($100 info) from one of the Smith Virologists near any monument in the city.  Start the mission and wait about 10 seconds for the Smithlings to spawn.  A team of 3 people or more will have a chance of spawning a single high level Smithling with uber loot.  (Tbone, Sorrows, and I managed to spawn a level 53 Smithling, rather than the standard 51's we were getting.)

Run the mission at least twice to get enough brownies to trade for an Oracle Anniversary Cookie from the Smith Virologist.  (Just so you can say you got one.)  After that, feel free to abort the mission after you loot the Smithlings.  Re-activate the mission ticket, rinse, repeat.

Smithlings don't always drop Smith frags.  Single Chevron spawns have the lowest chance of dropping frags, where the 2 Chevron spawns are more likely to drop them, and 3 Chevron spawns are a guaranteed drop.

Each worded t-shirt costs 5 frags, and the final "Smith" t-shirt costs 20.

Is the Anniversary Cookie re useable?

If you solo these be careful, I still picked up three on my first solo mission and they will take you down hard and fast.  Best bet is to load up a sneak build since that seems to confuse the hell out of them for some reason

The anniversary cookie is not re-useable, as far as I know.  I'm assuming it isn't.  I just got one because I'm a whore for unique items.  I still have some blue frags from last year's anniversary.

Solo'ing the Smithlings can also be made easier by going to a secluded rooftop.  Wait for the Smithlings to spawn, take one of them out, and jump off the roof to recover.  But yeah, these things are pretty mean.

If Broin's in a filming mood, I say we each get a mission ticket and spawn them in the middle of Debir Court.  If each Angel activated a mission ticket at the same time that'd be a lot of Smithlings, and a good fight to watch.

The missions are really easy and quick exp too if you arent 50 yet, I start the mission kill smiths just walk in and walk out and i just got 123k exp like that and over 100k info for doing basically nothing.
