Computer Stutter!

Hey guys,

I need some help - my computer is stuttering quite frequently. Restarts used to help it, but it's really starting to bug me now. I've re-formatted my harddrives and have updated my gfx drivers. I did get a resource monitor reading during the stuttering, if that'll help?

Tried a speech therapist, but alas.

Fix for me turned out that the paste on my video card was old and needed to be replace, what is your gpu and cpu temps at? I use gpu-z to check my temps. High temps will cause a throttling of the gpu.

I'll do that when I'm home, thanks. I found that my processor wasn't firing with all 4 cores, which is weird. I've rectified that and it was ok last night... moment of truth over the next few days, I guess.
