If the game can deliver the size and ideals from old school gaming, it will be a major hit.

People can be "meh" because it's not PC supported at the moment, but this thing is the most promising thing out there right now IMO.

The game looks like a real winner, if they can pull it off.

I've watched all the developer videos and I really connected with the spirit of the team. I really want this to be all it can be.

This is the game I have been waiting for all my life it seems.

High hopes.

Dare I dream of Rift support?

I've recently gotten back into Swtor. Enjoying it again.

I wish there were more people on, or was able to utilize the bank in some way.

I regretted leaving and I'm happy I went back. (Thanks a lot RL and 2 Jobs.)

I'd check out Wildstar. I almost sprung for it, but just wasn't sure.

The best way to play on PC is with a pirated copy. It's pretty sad, but what's even worse is that it's par for the course for Ubisoft...

Why?
Apparently the retail PC game requires you to connect to Ubisoft's servers. The servers got hit hard, so no one was able to actually log in and play the game for the first few days it was out. On top of this, there were performance issues with certain video cards and graphics settings.

With a pirated copy, you did not need to log into Ubisoft's server and people also posted workarounds for the performance bugs. So if you wanted to play on launch day, you needed an illegitimate copy.

I played just fine on launch day. So I call bull on that as an absolute.

I can't really support pirated versions of anything it is a big slap to the developers. I don't think it's a big deal having a rocky start myself because you can not prepare for everything, that's just how it is. Not too big of a deal in the long run IMO.

I think it's a great game, but nothing is perfect. I wish the city was more alive like GTA but in the end it's fun and worth buying, again IMO.

I agree Uplay is awful. I strongly dislike it.

I've had the game for the past 4 days, and it really is a blast. I have my issues with it, but it's just fun to hack everything. Helps revitalize my Matrix needs.

Once Alienware was bought by Dell, I personally left the brand.

I have a monster of a rig from OriginPC, who are a great bunch of guys and are some of the Original minds behind Alienware. There based out of Miami and their workshop is an interesting place. I was invited for a tour last year and it was just a fantastic experience, the heat on the other hand was just unpleasant.

It's a shame to own such an insane piece of machinery and we're not even really involved with a game currently.

It's waiting for the second coming.
Pre-order the DK2 and you'll quickly have an appreciation for your machine and may even feel the need to upgrade further. Also, there's 8 or so of us playing Rust very regularly.

I have a Rift but I've seriously considered the DK2 actually.

I tried Rust and it's just not my cup of tea. DayZ infected me way before Rust was even around.

I make my living playing games these days, but I'm eagerly waiting for when the Rift goes consumer and gets even more wind in it's sails game/faction wise.

I worked 96 chargeable hours in 7 days. I feel disgusted by how little I make per hour vs how much the firm makes per hour.

Welcome to being an adult.

Regardless, most of the people who have stuck around have stuck around because they developed friendships. They found a tight-knit group of players who they game well with and don't care what we do as long as we do it together. They'll never leave, even when things aren't as active. They've found their home.

That video really pisses me off.

I understand it was intended as a joke, but god dammit why the fuck was this ever made.

It boils my blood to see FA regarded in such a disrespectful, meh kind of way.

God dammit that video fucking pisses me off.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go commit atrocities in Titanfall to many enemy faces in order to calm myself.

I have it but Im not sure when I will play it. Dark Souls II will entertain for more than a  year of gaming time. Is my current sink.

I have permanent access to this thing. As such every beta invite round they do, I get an additional key to give to a friend. If someone wants a key I have a spare.
