I took a look at the class-specific wallpapers (soldier, hacker, and spy) and found something interesting that was staring me right in the face. Each of the wallpapers have icons used from that particular class.

I went ahead and hazarded a few guesses on the abilities:

Soldier
Guns (pistols, dual pistols, submachine guns, assault rifles)
Vertical Leap
Sprint
Charge (for stronger attacks)
Dodge
Aim
Area Attack

Spy
Sneak
Magnify View
Disguise
Sneak Attack

Hacker
Lockpick
Heal
Invisibility

Remember, these are all guesses and most of the above-described abilities can likely be coorelated with the small FAQ's on each class. Have fun, try and guess as to the meaning of each icon.
