Title: Teamspeak Downtime

I've known that a server upgrade was available for a couple of days now. But, I haven't found a good down time to take it offline and upgrade it.

It's going to require a little extra work than normal but nothing too crazy. So, I'll try to take it down early in the morning before work. So it shouldn't affect much... but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up and especially since it warns you now every time you join the server about upgrading.

Everything should be up to date now. As always, when they update permissions there is the chance something can get changed or messed up. Just post here if you find any issues. Thanks!
