Our HUB?

Excuse my ignorance if I have missed this information somewhere...
However if someone could answer these questions, appropriate action will be taken.

Do we currently have an IRC channel?
Do you use IRC?
If so, what Network?
Would you idle in a channel for the FA?
Would you be willing to download IRC for this purpose?
