...but I guess I need to install an RDP client on the mobile, so I can enter the queue 90 mins before I get to the hizzy.

Day 1 queue: 60 mins
Day 2 queue: 90 mins

I took a break today and came back to a ~90 minute queue.

Coming from EVE and MxO, this blows my mind. Overpopulation was never a problem in MxO. And EVE is certainly doing something right that it can handle 50,000+ people on one server with no queues or lag.

Here's to hoping they open more servers and maybe even raise the population cap. I have to be honest, I won't be too happy about paying a monthly fee for the luxury of waiting to play.

Queues. There will be more servers. Pop caps will be raised. If you don't want to queue, I would consider another server.

(Pop caps = population caps, btw. Number of people who can join a server before a queue starts.)

Basically the population cap of each server will be raised going forward, they are trying to discourage people for rolling characters on already heavily populated servers to spread out the load.

It is launch week, the population will go down. Do you remember when MxO first started and it had like a couple dozen servers and then went down to 9 not very long after? That is what the queue is there for, to make sure that doesn't happen. It allows people to wait to get on a server instead of telling them it is full and to move on to a different one and spreading it too thin.
