You know that what he put forth was not a budget but an amendment which had no chance of passing. It was a stop measure. Who else signed onto that other than your boy?
The Republican held House passed their budgets.... What did your boys over in the Senate do?
You know it goes from the House to the Senate right... I mean you do understand that and aren't trying to confuse these kind people here by trying to say what you are posting is the Senate controlled Dems proposed budget plan? And not some political slight of hand going on in the House while they are attempting to pass thier own budget.

But you stated that democrats as a whole have never proposed a budget. You didn't say submitted a bill and you didn't specifically state Senate democrats, did you? The statement you made was very broad and as such, was incorrect. You said, "When was the last time the Dems proposed a budget... Not even passed one but proposed one? Can you tell me? Anyone. Don't think in months because it has been YEARS." You even gave me the "Not even passed one but proposed one?" I answered with the dates of both the party and the presidents proposals. Then you came back with wanting a bill. I gave you what was entered into the record for the democrats. You then come back saying it had no chance to pass as if that is a requirement to propose something. I never said it did have a chance. I responded to what YOU stated. You can't just keep coming back trying to get more and more specific until it makes what I stated as incorrect. Sure it is a good way to appear to discredit someone to those following along but it still makes you wrong.

That is your boys Amendment, not the Dems budget proposal
AND stop ignoring the rest... It is a "AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE" for "H. CON. RES. 112", the republicans budget. That means this amendment would completely cancel out the republican's budget. While it is a response to a already proposed bill, it is the democrats budget proposal.

Getting your woman interested in playing video games?
Seems like a very difficult task to complete. Seems like one of those endless quest that never seems to have an end, lol.
Like to hear others thoughts, and maybe a couple of words from the women in the guild on what peaked their interest in becoming a gamer. This post is based on my own observations for girls or just anyone who is or has been in my life who did not play games. It is heavily biased towards Xbox as this is the console I have. The key of getting anyone into gaming is accessibility. Alot of people get scared looking at controllers, that is a lot of buttons. This makes PC gaming even harder. I would start with console games. You gotta start with games that don't have complex controls and don't have complex menus or huds. That usually means casual games and motion controlled. A Kinect is the easiest thing of all to get people into. My grandma asks to play it when she is over and tons of family members will only play games on kinect, this is even over a wii. It is simple because there isn't any buttons and it is just natural. Dance Central seems to be the number one favorite followed by kinect sports season 2. Then you have wii games which take the full body motion out of it so you can just play to relax more. Another way to introduce gaming is party games. It actually does get challenging as it goes on. Popcap games are ALWAYS good. It is meant for kids but it has some complex management stuff where I had spreadsheets and stuff I found online to track things I was doing. This game has either been a winner or a full loser with people. Now the go to for any system, even PC, that I have never heard of failing for girls is. The Sims.Unfortunately, I don't know if you will be able to get a girl to play a mmo like SWTOR. If starting from no gaming at all it may take a long time to work up to a MMO.

No, I'm not able to play as much as I'd like, but this is due to a very big problem with certain nvidia drivers failing to operate appropriately with certain hardware/OS issues.
This is under investigation by nvidia and microsoft (seems to be an OS related issue) and I unfortunately have to wait until they resolve this issue.
Can you give us some information about your setup? What card do you have, operating system, etc?

I went to User Profile, I then clicked on Update Profile, changed Crew Skill from blank to artifice and changed avatar to avatar121 and hit update profile. Then I hit confirm update. This resulted in my preorder going from yes to no with no option to change it. This may not even matter if that is being removed.

You've provided the development team with a basis for investigation into the low FPS issues, and with your help they have identified and are in the process of resolving the indoor framerate drop.
Please note: this applies to people experiencing a severe framerate drop only when inside buildings, or alleviated symptoms when turning off shadows. Please keep in mind that there are always numerous factors at play when you experience an issue; the more specific you can be with your report, the better you are equipping us to investigate and fix it.
If you are experiencing a framerate issue that does not fall under that very specific category, please respond to this thread with the following information:
A clear and concise description of your issue.
Your DXDiag (please use spoiler tags).
Have you followed these specific steps (see my note about "Low" settings):
Change settings to high, click apply. You should see a loading screen as settings are applied.
Change settings to low, click apply. You should see another loading screen.
Observe whether there is any change in performance.
Some of you have already pointed this out, but there is a separate issue at play here that might be adding another layer of confusion. Your settings will always display as "Low" on first run of the game - but they might actually be on Medium or High!
Thank you for your patience, and know that we are keeping a very close eye on the forums.

Hey, thanks for the help guys.
I found the file, then went in and adjusted to "1600" width and "900" height.
I hit "save" from the file drop-down menu. Then I closed it and tried to open the game. I got the same problem. There's a floating text box on my black screen that says "Input Not Support". It's showed up every time I've tried to fix this and opened the game.
It now seems that the resolution itself isn't the real problem. It seems (from my layman's understanding) that there's a problem with the connection between the game and my monitor.
I've checked the drivers and initiated a search for updates, but everything is updated already.
If you've got any ideas, I'd love to hear them. If not, then thanks for your help thus far.
Jarmeat Set it to something low like, 800x600 and make sure the the refresh rate isn't too high, set it to 59 and see if that works.
