DK2 Incoming! Also, news about Oculus Connect!

I just got an email that my order for the development kit 2 is ready! It should arrive next week sometime! SWEEEEEEET! I know likwidtek already has his. Lithium's should be in my batch. Zero should be in the batch in a week or two. Get ready for lots of DK2 goodness!

In other news, Oculus Connect, Oculus' first conference, is in about a month. In a recent interview, Palmer stated that Oculus will be "talking about everything [they] are doing at Connect". This statement was an answer to whether we'd see what VR Input device Oculus has been working on.

Paul James: How likely is it we’re hear more about your unconfirmed work with VR input devices at Oculus Connect?

Palmer Luckey: You’ll probably hear more about it, we’re going to be talking about everything we’re doing at Connect.

This is the first real hint of when we'll see some concrete answers on what Oculus has in store for the consumer version and where they stand with additional hardware. Palmer stated in a different interview that it's reasonable to assume that Oculus will be shipping more hardware than just the headset.
