I travel as straight at light, but I bend to you.
I am the hope of your storms, but will always leave you behind.
You can see my heading but never find my destination.

Tbone, the forums are back up.  Do we have enough to proceed?

If so I say let's get recording and get moving on the recruitment content!

Anything I can do to help?
"To the darkened skies once more and ever onward."

I have no time this week. If I find some spare time I will sift through riddles, finish the script, and voice record. If anyone would like to record fa 1 and 2, you can do that and send it in and pick through them. We will also need ambient sounds for tv dark woods and perhaps opening music, transition music, and background music.

I've been told my voice is sexy. So it may not fit this role. If you ever need the voice of a God though, I'm your man.

Back on topic...

I propose we do something very simple until we get the flash site up for the recruitment.

Let's maybe just start with a riddle that keeps them wanting until we get the full site up.

So something that makes them solve a riddle that's just plain text and they have to email the answer to an email.  That email address could just have an auto responder that says in a cryptic way that they will be contacted soon.  That list of emails will just be held on to until the site is up and then we will email some hint back to them that points them to the real site.

I just would like to continue getting the buzz going.

Something like:

What you are looking for is not so easy to find.  You may think you know what you are looking for.  Most are searching for an answer that lies elsewhere.

I say, the answer lies within you,
it is your life and your love.
With enough of it perhaps you will be one of us.
It's what separates us from them,
and without it I'd  say you were either cruel or dead.

With your key open this door.

Patience is a virtue...

-----------

The word door would be a link to an email address only.

What do you guys think?
"To the darkened skies once more and ever onward."

I think it's a good idea... it'll take a few days to get the challenge up and we need something, no matter how small, to keep us in the forefront.

I think gj Lith

*shuffles to corner*

While I'm here:

Does anyone have a recording of Holst's "Neptune" or ES Posthumus's "Nara" ? Either might be really good for the DF Challenge background music.

Lacrimosa by Origen would also be a very nice background.  The best way for me to describe that piece is agressively majestic.

We're Angels, not saints.
