Early Weeknight Raid Group

After talking with a few people, I understand that there is a growing group of people who would like to do raid content during the week but for various reasons cannot raid with the current group.  I've created this thread to gauge interest, and see if there are enough people to get this started.

To avoid conflict with the current weeknight raid group, I would ask that if you're a permanent member or a regularly used alternate of that group you please steer clear of this group.  This may change, pending what is decided is the best time to do this.

Group 1 used to run from 8:00PM Eastern/Server Time, 7:00PM Central/FA Time until 11:00PM Eastern, 10:00PM Central.  That gave us three hours to raid, but often ended up being less actual raid time due to people being late or having to leave early.  We would do that Tuesday-Thursday every week.

That schedule would mean we would be running one hour past the start of the current weeknight raid group's start time.  We would also be running an hour into the Thursday night Ranked Warzones time slot.

If that doesn't bother anyone, then good.  I know I'd like to start running Ranked Warzones as soon as I'm geared enough for them, so I have two suggestions to combat this.  The first being to start an hour earlier at 7:00PM Eastern, 6:00PM Central until 10:00PM Eastern, 9:00PM Central.  The second being to just raid for two hours a day and continue starting at 8:00PM Eastern, 7:00PM Central.  As an extension, even open the possibility to raid more than 3 days a week to make up for lost/needed time.

I would like to state that both alternatives would allow alts of the current weeknight group members to run with this group, giving us a much better chance of having 8 people every night.

I feel like I'm putting the wagon before the horse here though, so I'll stop typing and wait to see how many are interested.  If this seems like something you'd like to do, post up and say what your availability is and what would work for you.

Personally I wouldn't mind raiding at an early time slot.

Here's the challenges:

1.  If you start too early (ie before 9 pm EST) you tend to lose people that are west coast.
2.  If you start too late you lose people on EST because it gets too late after a 3 hour raiding session.
3.  Warm bodies.  We don't really have enough people to fill two 8 mans when last I checked.

I would suggest the following:  

1.  Schedule this raid for two nights a week that are NOT the same as the late night group
2.  Try to focus on content that does NOT duplicate what the late night group is doing
3.  Make sure there are people that will commit to the times
