Lemme know if I missed something, but can we increase our attributes  like belief, etc?  The ones we have that are default depending on if we are a Detached Observer, or whatever else they gave us the option of - I can't remember now...

yes ... yes you can

Yeah, go to your 'status panel'  then go to 'level up' at the bottom of the box.  Then click on 'attributes' and you'll see the five different att's and be able to level them.

I believe the highest number your belief could rise to is 61, which is the +3 Belief start, plus all 50 levels of points pumped into belief.

You can start with 11,8, or 5.  So I guess you could get to 64.

Yes, I would say 64 in that case.
The lvl 8 character start would be 61 max, or 58 for a lvl 5 start.

Guess Nat you started on lvl 8...

Didn't know you could start at 8. In any case, what does each attribute directly affect? Anything essential for hackers?

It says what they affect before you level them up.  However its not always that descriptive.
