I would castrate the MFer with a rusty hand-carved spork but he lives in japan and at this point my financial deficit is making it a wee bit hard for me to buy a ticket.

However my GF is still friends with his sister (who is pretty cool) and we are going to visit there eventually, seeing as how he is a complete failure he will never move out of her house so when we stay at her house, it will be my chance to attack! :p

And DA6ONET's science is sound,  after a few seconds of doing anything above what your subconcious can acomplish with your eyes closed, he would have essentialy woke up. Besides, lets not wonder how he got the condom on asleep, how did he undress her, and find her 'vaginal opening' (or as my seventh grade life science teacher puts it, 'birth canal') while SLEEPING!? None taken, however you can turn it right around and say the same about the states... the guy  that tried to sue mcdonalds cause his coffee was hot (go figure)... or the woman whose child was running around in a store and she tried to sue because she tripped over her own kid.  

Im sure there are plenty more... for both countries under many different legislations... its plain BS and unbeliveable that the crown has to put up with it.

actually, it was a woman who sued mcdonalds because she got a 3rd degree burn, and all that came out of it was her getting buttloads of free cash and now mickey ds has to put "caution: hot" on their cups ....

I agree with you on the states having our fair share of morons Styan, I just try to take cheap stabs at Canada whenever I get the chance simply for comic relief.  I actually have relatives in Canada (unfortunately) on my Grandmother's side of the family that reside in Ontario, which we visit time to time (waste of my life).

And what about that guy who bought a really expensive box of cigars, ensured them against fire, smoked them, and then sued for the insurance money. He won. But the insurance counter-sued him for fraud which they won and he ended up having to pay the insurance company 50k or something :p I dont mind stupid people, who else would the intelligent make fun of?

ha, that's about as bad as the guy who tried to break into a house while the owners were on vacation, got trapped in the garage, and was forced to drink flat coke and dog food til they got back or something to that degree. he won the suit against the owners, even though he was the one committing burglary.

or how about the guy who put his RV on cruise control and went in the back to make coffee? while on the road, mind you. he won that suit, too, and now RVs have to specify that "cruise control" does not mean "auto pilot" ..... le *sigh*
