Update the Countdown! Early Access Starts Dec. 15!

The new pre-order page has a pretty juicy bit of information. According to the site, your early access "may be up to 5 days before launch" depending on when you pre-ordered it. For a majority of us, that means our launch will be December 15! Let the planning begin!

By the way, that new page also has a better layout of the benefits of each pre-order package, so it's worth taking a look!

Why why whyyyy! Why can't it be the 16th?! I have my Accounting final exam at 8pm on Thursday and Friday morning at 7:45am I have another exam! Depending on the time they let people in, I'll be 12-36 hours behind people.

I wonder if the times that they allow people in will be at midnight on their respective day or at 5pm FA like they have for the Beta runs. I hope it's the 5pm, because then I'll only be a little behind those who start out right away.

Bah of course it is a Thursday. That way I can get 2 days of play to become completely addicted and forsake sleep for a couple extra hours of play time right before my work seek (Sat/Sun/Mon)! Those bastards.

All of this recent SWTOR talk is bumming me out. I'm working a seasonal job this year that requires me to put in a lot of overtime. I will barely have time to get a full night's sleep, even less to play the game with y'all. But after Christmas, I'll probably be playing all day every day.

Assuming Pre-orders maintain the linear growth seen (excluding initial surge), there will be approximately 1 million preorders by pre-launch.
"IF" Bioware breaks this into 5 even groups, the above image indicates approximate pre-order date cutoffs for each group.

It is also possible they will choose do do a larger or smaller initial group.
If there is a late surge or drop-off in number of pre-orders the dates could shift one-way or the other.

Ive been wondering how all these things are gonna work for the european people? I believe I read that the game isnt supposed to be released until dec 22nd (I assume that I wont be able to play even if Im playing on a US server - region restriction and whatnot) will that mean that prerelease for us would be the 17th or would we be able to get in already the 15th?
