No, no, no, and NO.

MOST AAA studios out-source their QA. Everyone else hires seasonal depending on the test periods.

Notice the second requirement: "Must not have previous professional game development experience"

QA is the worst possible job in the industry. You do NOT 'play' video games for a living. You test them, and it's one of the most soul-crushing experiences a human being can wreck upon themselves for minimum wage.

If I could drink while I did it and listen to what I liked on headphones.. I'd do it.  For a little while.
