There comes a point in everyone's life when something happens that just really really sucks. You can't help but feel sorry for yourself. This most often comes when you completely expect something and then find out it is not the case. This event has happened to us - but it is hopefully only a temporary setback. Originally the Furious Angels were slated to be highlighted in the first MxO Fanzine slated as a Collector's Edition. I was informed tonight, however, that our feature had been cut due to size constraints. The photos and text has been preserved, and I have been promised that something will be done to make it up. Here's what was said:

tbone@thematrixonline.com: I'm looking forward to the fanzine. I've had some problems with preorder, but I called around and they are overnight shipping it to my Gamestop. I should have it registered on Monday.
walrus@thematrixonline.com: Oh, man. I've got to talk to you about that...
walrus@thematrixonline.com: I just found out that they cut the FA piece out of the mag because of space. =(
walrus@thematrixonline.com: We have the text and images, though, so we'll find a way to make it up to you. Sorry about that.

Damn. That's a bit of a let down. Would've been pretty sweet to get that kind of recognition. Well hopefully they manage to run the piece at some point.

That's a bummer.

It might turn out to be a good thing though.

When Walrus asked Tbone for some more information about the clan, he wasn't sure this new information would make it in time into the fanzine. So what I'm saying is that the FA layout might be better now that they won't have to rush it to be in the first issue.

Well let's just say this gives us time to get the tings that Tbone wanted started going. The new riddle, a community event, etc. That way when our time in the spotlight comes, and it will come people, we will be standing tall...
