Not to be a downer but the email is a bit of an exaggeration . Mars will get close to us this year but no closer than it did two years ago and it wont happen until late October.

It is a tablet, an HP TC1100. I use it every day for work and for what I need it for, kicks ass. Although I wish it had a faster processor. I must admit I do covet that little tablet.
