Just saw an interview on G4:

At the very end he says they just invited 1000 external testers to play the game level 1-50.  So there ya go - 1000/1.5 million chance!

Good news is that it sounds like you will be on my server, Tinzzak :)

They sent out an email to non-US residents a couple of weeks ago saying that European invites were starting soon.
