What program do you guys use to do this conversion and where can I get the best one available?

I think when I converted the TOR trailer for you I just used the YASA Mp4 Video Converter.  Just google it.

Do you have the full version of YASA?  I am trying to convert an entire movie.  Could you Convert the movie if I sent it to you?

no i just used the trial for that, but yes I can convert.  I have the full version of Quicktime with conversion to ipod format if thats what you're going for.
