This sounds insane. You can seemlessly join another player's game as a pedestrian, though both players appear on their own screens as Aiden.  So the "NPC" you just passed on the street could actually be another player who is staking you out.

Watch Dogs: CToS Gameplay - Gamescom 2013

A demo of the multi-player/cross-platform integration.  One player is controlling the car, while a developer is using a tablet to hack into the CTOS mainframe to alter the surrounding environment.

I can't wait for this game.  Saw an ad they released yesterday on Reddit, knocking GTAV.  I'll see if I can find it.

Only a couple more months!  This and GTAV are shaping up to be my go-to singleplayer experiences.

They've found PC and PS4 code in the Xbox 360 version's source code.

The PC version of every GTA game is usually ~6 months after the console release.  But yeah, no official word.
