Why don't we just dress someone up in "normal" clothing and take their pic in a jackout chair then use that as a default "real" picture, as if we were broadcasting direct from a hovercraft? At least then we'd have the RP continuity of not having to worry about the fact the images we show in the challenge don't bear any resemblance to our actual RSIs (with 4 pics it's unlikely you'll have one that looks like me, since only Broin and myself use this particular RSI).

It's possible.
Basically, whatever pictures we decide to go with can be added to the flash.
We would need one male and one female avatar, at least.

The ZMF system is meant to be... well, I suppose a futuristic BBS, or secure server of some sort.
It wouldn't really be used within the Matrix, as such (although PDA's.....), but rather on the HvCft as ya say.

However, maybe we want to keep the FA uniform just for prosperity?
Is the uniform more... uniform?

I tell ya what, I will look into embedding images to ZMF from the crew_roster, instead of having a few in the flash. Regardless, will be a while as the crew_roster aint done.

This is probably a dumb question so I apologize in advance. BUT.... you will be letting us know when this update happens If it happens right Ket?

Yup.

The crew_roster will be opened first.
From here, everyone will need to update their profile - there will either be the pictures you can choose, or one you can upload. Uploadable pics will need authed first.

Once the profiles have built up a little, then the challenge will be altered to look at the profiles, which can distinguish male/female and the chosen pic.

You will be notified via forum when either is available.
