I've actually tried this game and, after some tweaking, got it working correctly. You strap a Hydra controller to your head to create a make-shift positional tracker. This allows you to duck behind crates and peek around corners in this shooter demo this guy created.

It was actually so convincing that several people have reported trying to lean on the crates and ended up simply falling over. The above article is an interesting read about it! Once I got it working, it was pretty cool. I also enjoyed Zombies on the Holodeck. It's more traditional with its Hydra use, but something about actually pumping a pump shotgun makes you feel completely bad ass.
