I did not think I would have to clarify this to you guys, but apparently I do.

FA does NOT condone any type of exploiting or hacking. We also do not condone unattending macroing. If you step away for a few minutes, that's fine, but don't leave yourself doing something overnight or for several hours. Yeah, "everyone's doing it" and it sucks. Get over it. Join another guild if you're that considered with doing whatever it takes. We prefer to be competitive legitly.

If you stumble upon anything that feels, looks, sounds, or smells like an exploit, you need to run it by us. This is because you have our clan tag on and anything you do will instantly be associated with us. Sorry guys, but we are not going to be leinient on this.

What sparked this? I discovered a few of our members were venturing over to the acid room to try out the acid exploit to train their Rigor. Now they claimed they just heard about the information and didn't realize it was an exploit. To be honest, I don't believe that, but since we didn't SUPER clarify our stance and it is a first offense, I gave them a warning. Next time they will be kicked, no questions asked.

In this particular situation, there was already a thread on OUR forum stating it was an exploit. There's also more than one thread on the DF forums talking about the exploit, one of which I posted SEVERAL replies going into SPECIFICS as to why I thought it was very much an exploit. So you can understand why I'm a little peeved. How does it look for me, as the leader, to post several posts on this exploit and then have my members out doing it just hours later.

I'm holding you guys to a higher standard. I hope that's one of the reasons you joined this guild. If this is a problem, you can leave now.

If I recall correctly each person being interviewed into the guild was asked a question similar to this....

"So tell me what your stance on exploits/hacks is"

"what would you do if you found a hack/exploit in the game"

If you are hear that is because you answered the correct way.  Therefore do the right thing when you find a hack/exploit in the game.

Now on the other hand if the only reason people were going there was to kill those guys, then....  ;)
