Woop! the life of Subb gets even better. I was on holiday in Brighton ( just came back now ) and I was eating a kebab :p after a few minutes I started having, what I thought was, indigestion. I went back to my great aunts flat and my left arm went all tingly, I started getting light headed and to top it all off crushing pains in my chest.

Hahahaha, yeah; you thinkin' what I'm thinkin'?

Ambulance....

Subb off to hospital again....

Irregular Heart pattern....

Down to too much O2 in my blood (supposed to be 96% I have 110+%) so my body thought I was gonna die and went into a panic attack...

and... I've been told that I'm gonna have more

So you can't just have less iron in your diet?

They they didn't recommend anything, but they said that because I have exams and my mother and I had cancer scares then that would most prob be the cause

Take some iron out of your diet for a while. It will decrease the amount of oxygen that your blood can carry because hemoglobin, the part of the red blood cell that actually carries the oxygen, cannot work without iron.

Just cut back a bit, though. I don't want to be the one responsible for your death because you stopped eating everything with iron in it.
