I'm partial to the clear white honestly, especially because when the light shines in from behind it, it gives it the appearance of floating.

Ok, I think this second one should be the splash page to our site. If we can put it in flash so that it auto-plays, then afterwards it goes to a small flash site with minimal information about us. Perhaps just a simple console with a noise that sounds like it is searching for a signal, and then you can hover over different things to look at history, media, gear, and apply...something like that. This would be at www.thefuriousangels.com while login would be at thefuriousangels.com/members or /login or something like that.

I think that's a splendid idea, T.  Especially the part about the signal noise.  
So long as it's actually MINIMAL information; can't be very mysterious if everything is out in the open and easily accessible, now can we?
