Okay since they updated the MXO boards they have been putting in screen shots of the day with one liners underneath them. It started with the snow and "what does this mean" Then I think some others... Yesterday's was Bathory's Row Bridge I think "Another busy day in the matrix what is going on here?" Todays Mega City downton "is this where it will be found?"

Folks I think something is going on here. This reminds me of our challenge, where they are throwing out little teasers, not saying anything and waiting for someone to discover, find something.

What do you think? Am I just crazy here? If you remember or can get the previous screenshots of the day with the one liners underneath lets start looking at them. If you think I'm way off just let me know.

General / Dungeons in Internationl / Yes they do exist

Yes it is true I have found a few exile hideouts in the international district that you can get to. The first is in Kaede at the orchid public bath house 249 0 -348 and the boss gives a lionskin / tigerskin wrap which buffs reason 6 lvls, max inner strength 25 pts, and max inner strength regen 25% (good for the hackers) Some of the elevator buttons are screwed up reading 4th floor when it should say 5th and 5th when it should say 6th so keep that in mind.

The next is in Shinjuku at the White Lotus Hotel -80 1 379 and the boss gives a window's dress melee combat tactics 5 pts, force combat 40%, reason 5 lvl and movemnt speed 25% The men version was buffed better a Spider Gi melee combat 7pts force combat 50% reason 6 lvls movement speed 30%. (good for the fighter)

NOTE ONCE YOU GO INTO THE WHITE LOTUS DUNGEON YOU CAN NOT GET OUT.

That is right once you enter the elevator and go to the 2nd floor the elevator will not let you go back up to the 1st floor and the teleporter doors at the bottom will not let you exit so it will be a suicide mission to get your items.

Bug reports have been given for each location so no need to duplicate

Just a tid bit of info.... The other day several of us were in the archive on the machine side waiting for the riflemen to respawn and Sareosha from 3kings came up. You know the guy we booted. I thought I had always been pretty cool with him but check this out. A collective starts to jack in and Sareosha spawn kills him and then types on his chat window "Broin you killed him man" Not cool... I told him to keep me out of his crap. I'm not sure if he was thinking he was being funny with me or not, and I personally don't care. As I once heard someone say, I say it now.... He is dead to me

General / Problems logging onto MXO Forums?

I tried to log onto the MXO forums with my username and password after they did the rework of the site and my password is no longer being accepted for my username. I can't change it or do anything that I can see. Anyone else having this problem, and any suggestions on what to do?

General / Community Event Ideas

Tbone has mentioned that it may be a good idea for the F.A. to sponsor a community event... How about we run through some ideas. It would be great if we could scoop the Dev's on something they were planning themselves

I have a few thoughts.... A scavenger or treasure hunt type of thing where people have to find certain people or objects or go to certain landmarks/monuments and get clues from a F.A. staff to get to the next place. Or maybe even better a where's Waldo ( or where's Tbone) in the Matrix.

Post your thoughts and ideas.

General / Do activated abilites stay when tree is removed?

Okay here is a question to be answered. I plan on looking into this on Wed. but if anyone knows this let me know I will report back after Wed. night. Say you have an ability in the Enhancer tree that once activated buffs your combat tactics and other skills up by 20 points and lasts for 600 sec. (basically ten minutes). Say you activate the ability while your buy a hardline then take the tree out and upload another tree. Will the buff on your abilities remain? This could be a good tactic before going into a battle you know you've got 10 minutes of extra juice.

This also brings to mind another question say we use an ability that buffs those around us on our team. If we all have that ability and use it we could potentially buff an ability x8 (maximum number of team members.) Is this even possible, if no one knows then we definetley need to check it out some of the trees under hacker give great enhancements to yourself and teammates.

For those of you who don't know this story myself and Lithium were jumped in the Archive by a couple of these guys (Machinists) last week. We killed them pretty easily but they kept coming back with a few more members at a time. Eventually it was Lithium and myself against about 8-10 hackers and one level 50 grnd mstr aikido who they had recruited and we both died. Well the F.A. was called out in force and within minutes Tbone, Coredump, Boombye, myself, Lithium, and a bunch of others went back into the archive and decimated them over and over again. Quite a bit of fun. Next day these guys show up and they are no longer machinists but changed their affiliation to Zion, so that they would be safe from us killing them. Now check out their site and the last statement they make about their "mission"

Very humurous... Not only did we have them running from us but we in essence made them have to change their affiliation. Rock on F.A., and watch out for these guys they are a bunch of jerks who like killing anyone that they can (Like people 10 levels below them), but when they come up against a real challenge they run and hide.

Just to let you guys know... I stopped by my local GameStop store yesterday and they had just recieved their first shipment of the MXO preorder boxes. I stopped by Best Buy, Electronics Botique, etc, etc.., and no one else had them. The GameStop guy said their stores were going to be the first to get them. General / I need help finding an ability... Please!

Okay I don't know how I did it but I lost my hypersprint... You know the ability with the little man running... I've been to vendors in Mara, Tabor, Park, Appolyon and I can not find it again. If anyone knows where I can find it let me know, or if I'm just blind let me know as well. It is a pain trying to get away from agents in the restricted zones without this ability.

General / SHIPS / CREWS / AND FINDING YOUR PLACE

Okay I'm hoping I'm posting this in the right place....

I've noticed that there are about 21 people who are listed as potentials to be placed for ships. I know that some of us such as myself are new members and have not even gone through the first weeks trial by the way mine is up tomorrow, so we'll see how I did

However, I was thinking that it might be a good idea to have a forum where people can talk about what they are looking for in a crew (if your a captain) and what your looking for in a team (if your looking to join a ship). I think it would be a good way for team members to start forming strong bonds and ties, and give you an idea of who you might be gaming with on a regular basis. I mean it makes a difference on how much time you think you might be in game. I'm not sure if I would want to be in a ship where most of the people can only dedicate one good day of game play on the weekends. Although I imagine everyone here is going to be intensely in the game when it comes out. What do you think? Let me know....

Off Topic / WHAT'S IN A NAME....

What's in a name...? When we sign our name or post a message in our name what is the significance? The signature of a name to a document or contract, is like the extension of a hand offered in acknowledgment. A handshake, saying this is who I am. It is the extension of the self. A name is the essence of who we are and will always be.

With that said how did you come up with the name you will be using in the MXO? What significance does it hold for you? And what does or should it tell someone about you?
