IS there anyone left under LvL 10?

I'm finishing my RP sheet tonight (I've lost count of how many times  I have said that, but its gonna happen).  But i was wondering if there's anyone left under LvL 10 because I need a partner to do missions.  Especially with our new shift to Merv, I know some people are gonna need to start running those missions too.  ;-) Good one TBone.  Send me a message in game appolithenes@thematrixonline.com or out of game laxtarver63 on aim.
