Trouble with Best buy

Well, I preordered the game back in January from best buy (unkowing that Ebgames had it) and after recieving my beta key from them I waited till up untill 3 days ago for the game to arrive.  Even today on the release date I still havent recieved my copy, and yet over the phone it is listed as an active order, but online it is listed as cancelled, yet I was still charged for the game package, beta key and special version 3 days before release with beta hyper jump.  

Anyone else that order through best buy have this problem? I'm wondering now if I go order through another store, will I still get the version with the beta jump? or if I wait it out with best buy how long before I will get it and will it be the version with the beta jump?  

Eh, frustrating, but in any case it may be a couple days before I can log on, *sigh*

well i preordered from best buy because it was the only store within a hour of my house that still had the boxes i could have gotten it alot closer but no one had boxes. and now my dad went by there today because he works up in the city where the best buy i preordered from is and they said they wont get the game till thursday.

SUpposedly, the launch date has been extended to March 31 according to EB. I went there to pick up the copy and the guy gave me attitude. "dude, u didn't know?"

I have to goto EBgames tomorrow to get mine, so that guy sounds like a jerk..

I just picked up a copy from EB games today, so they should have it, unless it takes longer to get to the west coast (Im in Nebraska)..

Tought to get a copy though x-x, and it probably doesn thave the beta hyper jump, but, ah well. *shrug*

i got mine from gamestop i think....or maybe it was ebgames i think it was eb, well im not going to be around to play it, but its prob sitting in a box at my house....*cry* i wanna go home

EB definitely has it, I got my copy today in the mail (I pre-ordered online.) So they recieved their shipments recently.

I had the worst experience. I paid in full at GameStop. And they dont have any record of my preorder. And I dont have the receipt because I preordered back in August.

Looks like I'm going to wal-mart tonight and "borrowing" a CD key from there.

i ordered mine from gamestop. and paid for the 3 day shipping. so i was expecting the game to be delivered on the 25th (ups tracking confirmed that). however i got it yesterday. so they gave me free 1 day shipping! guess i was lucky.

well i got mine from best buy today. and hey the cd key is on the back of the cd folder thing. the cds arent in a case but a folder type thingy.
