This is the tentative release schedule:

September 20 or 21 (Monday or Tuesday): Release Phase 2 and 3 combined for Beta testing. Depends on which day we are having our meeting (I'll know tomorrow for sure)

September 24 (Friday): Add Phase 4 for complete challenge Beta testing. (Adad is running behind and has not worked on challenge in over 2 weeks...he's telling me it will be delayed until the end of this coming week, I'm hoping before this date).

September 25-30: This week is for squishing bugs and adding last minute details and features to the challenge.

September 30, Thursday: All hands on deck. We'll add challenge to the live server, update our main website, etc. etc. to make sure everything is in place.

October 1, Friday 12:01 a.m.: We go live with recruitment. Thursday night after midnight we send out all the PMs and emails and get the ball rolling. Friday is when SWTOR.com receives the most traffic due to Friday updates, so if we don't hit this deadline, we might as well wait until the 8th.

Obviously we haven't met our first few deadlines.

We're going to try to get the entire challenge available for testing by Monday. If that doesn't happen, at the very latest we will have it available by next Friday, giving us a week to test and polish before hopefully releasing it on the 8th.
