Just to let you guys know in advance to start downloading.
There's a 1.4 gig patch if you havn't already started for the QA. Seems to be alot of NPC updates and ambient sound patches. Goodness knows what else is in there but get ready to find out.

char_children.pkb .. hmm now that I saw this it hit me .. There were no kids in the game , hmm might be nice to see little kids running arround :) Would be cool if you could chose a kid as u'r avatar :P

The regular server seems to have a SMALL update. The QA server seems to be down for me. An update isn't showing up at all...

Looks like everyone is having the same problem. Server went down. Before then, people could update. I guess we'll have to wait now, but thanks for the heads up.

qa is giving me a patch error

Perhaps it is bringing it from version 2.** to 6.12?

Nope, its not updated to 6.12, Can't remember what version not that matters anyway.
I was playing it for 15 mins after I had the patch downloaded, your going to enjoy this update very much =)

The QA server is AHEAD of the regular server. The patch system is just different for both, which is why the numbers don't match.

it keeps saying i have a patch error and won't let me download the rest of the patch.

Yeah, everyone has the problem at the moment. The patch server is down or there is a problem with the server. I think this happened before and it was server related.
We'll just have to wait it out for the time being! :S
Also on another note that looks interesting, there is speculation that the faction options etc have been implemented into the game. We'll find out soon! :p

Time was going so slow. It seemed that the QA server was never coming back. Again I bowed my head into my hands.
"Why?"
Lol, I wish this thing would hurry up. oh well I'll just have to hang on to the patience!

I keep getting:
Patch System Error (result code -15)
A Required File is Missing
Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

Reformat your monitor.
Alternatively, you could check out the MxO forums and the umpteen million threads about -15... people even have -15 sigs.
Short answer: A file is not available on the server. It's on their end, not yours.

I have the same thing happening to me when I try to log on to the QA server, so you arn't alone.

Well we all have that problem lol. Anyway, is there any word of the QA server going up at all??

It is supposed to go up when they fix the problem...

It was supposed to go up yesterday but it never did. Check QA: Announcements and you'll see Walrus was talking about bringing it up. It looks like it's going to be done all weekend now...sigh...and ANOTHER weekend goes by without QA.

Ok, I checked the QA and you can patch your launcher to fix the -15 error.
The QA problem is fixed but the servers are down. It's going to be update to version 2.36 when the server goes up so get ready to download when it goes back up.

Argh, I have some free time to play and I gota hit up this huge patch. Oh well, I guess I'll see you guys in a few days since my connection also likes to die in the middle of my downloads so it'll take some time :S
