MA/Guns Team Event & Freestyle Team Event

Just a reminder that the team events are Thurs. and Fri.   We will need a lot of people on to have a whole team.  I guess if you would like this could be the official sign up thread.  I know broin wants in the freestyle and im sure we all want him in the freestyle lol we could use a hacker .  Other than that nothing has been finalized on the team events.  I will most likely try to enter both.

i can not partake on thursday but, adopting appropriate rude boy lingo, i am down for the friday team event, assuming there is space. I do like a good ruck as they say... i will be online tommorow from 1900hrs GMT or thereabouts in any event.

I'll be online in case you guys need me, but I doubt I'll be as much help as others. I might try to get on a little early with Dag and get my clothing/loadout finalized so I can be more help.

Seeing as we can't use HJ in the team duels, I can get a few more things loaded. XD

If you need me I can do a stat hack and go either Duelist or Aikido..... but give me a notice roughly 4 hours before the event so I can practise a little (I'm MKT ATM)

I want to be in the Team duel. MKT. TBone, I imagine if we coordinate our attacks we could kill just about anyone in about 4 hits.

Remember, healers/buffers die first.

btw healing isn't allowed in the freestyle atleast not from patchers... mobius is allowed of course.   Also, for the ma/guns one I think one of our tactics should be to use speed only.  With guns we will have full auto and with ma we should have (atleast I will) wooden dummy drill and/or machine gun kick ... with mutliple people using speed the chances are good for a daze.  1 hit with either ma move in conjuction with a full auto will kill someone instantly.

ok... well lets plan tonight. I would really like to see us organize a strategy. Maybe a list of the most threatening classes to take out first. Hacker would lead the bunch IMO and will be my first target. Then ranged, then MA.

Remember you can stack wooden dummy and then machine gun kick and nine times out of ten will land both for a good hit.  It will sap the IS but provided you have recovery clothing it's a worthwhile tactic for the added bonus of six seconds of powerlessness.

As I mentioned before I use Wooden Dummy > Machine Gun Kick > Wrist Throw > Iron Guard and it normally works very well.

yep thats why i said and/or wooden and machinegun kick some people dont load both i do but some dont.  I also have max dmg so if they both land they are either dead or close to it with prowess on

im sure there is just be sure to have good ma and ballistic resistances and im assuming youre going ma so have wooden dummy drill or machinegun kick on hand ... or both

oh and here is something i thought of last night... we are gonna have to do the team pvp in pitch black darkness.... not sure if thats gonna be a good thing or not

Not sure if it makes a difference, but machine gun kick knocks them down long enough for the timer to expire on wrist throw which is why I stack it that way, so if you only load one...
