ok ppl let's make this official. there's been talk of tweaking the uniforms so let's get down to business. please, only those who have female rsi's as their mains should vote. comments welcome too.
here's what we have now:

fawna is wearing beta glasses and gloves (but really it's your choice), the panama fedora, white snakeskin shortboots, white razorgirl rubber halfshirt, white avera open trench, and white baal vinyl pants. this is option one.
i've heard some people say they don't like the hat, and neither do i. so choice two is just can the fedora.
three: less and more. no fedora, but we get black snakeskin shortboots and match the guys shoes. here's vermillion...

another scenario (my favorite) is with the white pearl flare trench with no shirt...yes it's hawt. fawna's got it with no fedora and black boots:

However, if it is decided to wear the Winter coat.. we should have the Snakeskin boots. They match a lot better and don't look as tacky. There's no black anywhere else in the uniforms so putting black in, although "matching" the male uniform, would degrade from the overall uniform. The black matches the guys because its in the suit coat. There is little black in ours, and the little that's there doesn't stop the eyesore.

Personally, I think the closer the female outfit resembles the male, the better. The snakeskin just doesn't look good for so many occassions, such as combat, and stands out too much when side by side with the male. I say the coat with no shirt, but why without the fedora?

But I think that the women can live without the black shoes, right? We don't need to go so far in trying to match that we just get an eyesore.
And to "refute" your point about matching the males.. Did you ever go to the Prom or Homecoming? Whenever the girls and guys tried to match, they only matched in color and shade. Dark red with dark red, light blue with light blue. The girls normally had a dress on, but you could still really tell that the guy and the girl still went together. The girls didn't wear suits and the guys didn't wear dresses. They looked different, but matched. I think that's how it should be for the females, too. It just doesn't seem.. right wearing a trench when I could be wearing a dress. Sure, female trench coats look cool, but I think dresses are cooler. Unless it's Winter, women shouldn't be wearing big, long coats.
I personally like how the Snakeskin looks in combat... :(

IMO, The Snakeskin looks better than anything I've seen so far as to a matching outfit for the Males ones. Some parts are to shiny or are not just the right colors or shade of white like the male outfit it. In the end I highly doubt a good shade matching and texture matching out will ever be found.

It looks stupid fighting in a dress. And you aren't going to prom - you are kicking ass. Female long coat, white slacks...just makes more sense to have a female version of the FA uniform than for the female FAs to just look like the "real" FA's prom dates.

No, everyone should have a say. They're part of the faction, too, and they also have to see the uniform, so they have just as equal an opinion as we do.

i don't think the girls were consulted on the guys uniforms, and i don't think it matters.

That's not entirely true, you designed it, I threw out the idea to make it standard uniform, and then everyone agreed and went along with it, so we kinda were consulted.... kinda.

Well, regardless of outcome, Shirokumo will almost always wear what she always does. It's all-white and looks rather good (If I do say so myself). Just because it was "she" prefers to wear. "She's" a bit too free-spirited. However, if done in character, I'm sure "she" could be convinced to choose one or the other. "She" is after all designed after a blend of personalities from specific individuals in the faction. Kayda being one of them.
But, I digress. You'd have to convince "her".

I agree with Destyn, why not have somewhat of a FEM FA UNI Fashion show to get a bigger range of opinion on it. Option 2, Use all your variations and Each Fem can pick which variation they want to wear on their Fem RSI, i mean as long as you see the tag over your head peeps know when your wearing a FA UNI and when you not. All the variations are mostly white with maybe black boots so i think just wear any one of them that you like. Then you'd all still be wearing a FEM FA UNI of some kind. Isn't that the whole point? Plus your the one that has to run around lookin like that so shouldn't like it too? Thats my opinion and feedback. Let me know what you guys think

well if that works, then cool. really it's just the image of white trenchcoats and hats that people identify us by. that's why i voted to keep it the same, but if there is some variation i wouldn't see a problem with that, so long as the overall IMAGE of FA is kept.

There's no sens eit leaving it be. It's obvious we need to come to a decision. In saying that perhaps we should make it according to the poll since the majority has spoken.? :)

I don't like the dress, either. But, that's because I've had to stare at it since January of last year, when the game was still in Beta. I think I'll keep what Shiro has on.

The way I see it,
Tbone = dictator, what he says is law, thus HE alone makes the decision and we accept it, end of discussion.
OR
Tbone relinquishes his power to the RSI's that have boobs and the loudest voice amongst them wins.
Seems to me Tbone needs to step in here and just tell the women how it's going to be.
If he is not going to do that, then the only person who should have a say about the female uniform is the woman who bitches the most.

Well, personally I've never liked that dress. The only reason I didn't say anything sooner is because Grim was always real pissy about it.
I went back and looked at our original video, trying to see what you guys see in the dress. To me it still looks like someone just stepped out of prom or some formal evening occassion, and the fights that were shot in that dress just kinda looked ridiculous. It doesn't really strike me a sheek and stylish - more like something I'd find in the evening wear competition of a pageant.
As for ultimatums of one way or another, I pride myself on the "half-assed shit" of talking things out and working on compromise. If you don't like the way we're conducting business, you can ignore this discussion.
Now a lot of you like the snakeskin dress and a lot of you don't. I've given several reasons why I do not like it. I feel like it makes the women look like our prom dates, it doesn't match the men's uniform, it isn't as sleek and stylish, and it looks awkward to see someone fight in an evening dress. I haven't really heard the reasons why those who do like it prefer it (besides that it's "purty"). To be honest, my preference is to have some form of long white coat and white fedora - I think it's more important to match style in some form of white than to try to match shades of white, but I'm willing to hear the arguments for the other side.

Other than the Snakeskin I REALLY like this one. It obviously has the color as well as the trench and hat Tbone said.

I'll be the first to admit that the only reason I like the snakeskin is because it's pretty lol.
The more I look at all the pictures and think about it, honestly, although I like the "boobie coat", the current uni is the most comparible to the mens uni and it does complement it.
But that's just my opinion. It would be nice if they would add womens suits into the game, or at least some female clothes that are close in color to some of the mens clothes, but that's just wishful thinking on my part.

The more I see Saf in the outfit I previously posted the more I like it so yeah my vote goes to that: 1.) It looks good with the male uniform 2.) It's SEXAY (on SAF!)

I for one would actually love women suits in the game. How hot is Agent_Pace? Smokin'. It's not because she's a woman, but because she dresses like a professional and has a professional skirt on. I would totally ditch the Snakeskin in favor of the more suitish-look. It just looks more professional. But we currently can't get that.
The main reason that I personally like the Snakeskin is because it seems the most womanly. Trench coats seem more like they're meant for the men, but that's just me. Sure, showing your belly button and stomach is "womanly", too, it seems promiscuous and is not as professional. With the Snakeskin, it gives off the "vibe", to me anyway, of class, even if it does show off more skin. Our current uniform, although matching very closely to the males looks very good, but reminds me of "Hit me Baby..." by Britney Spears. I like the way our current uniform looks, but the Snakeskin gives off a sense of more class, sophistication, and sexiness than our uniform as it seems more adult. Our current uniform seems more "trendy" than the dress.
As for the combat issues... I'm noticing polygonal issues more-so than the it-seems-weird-to-fight-in-a dress-issues, and that's only with certain moves that happen for a few seconds. Then again, what piece of clothing doesn't have it's polygonal issues? It's MXO for pizza's sake. Maybe if I had a more powerful rig I'd FRAPS some stuff of me fighting Saf in the current uniform and Verm in her version to see which looks the best in combat.
I digress. If the uniform stays the same, that's great. Less work on my end; however, I would be thrilled if we were to go back to the traditional dress. Everyone thinks of the Snakeskin as the FA dress because of the original video we made. It's kind of already... "trademarked", if you will. After taking more time to study the new pics comparing them to the male uniform... I'm starting to change my mind from the snakeskin to the one on the left... the way it already is. The trench just seems to go well with the male uniform despite the color differences.

Black Formal Gloves
White Formal Gloves
Black Formal Hats
White Formal Hats
The sleevelets you see on that female are NOT available, and were stolen from Ookami and are only available for one body type. Oh, yes, I asked. I think the Snakeskin would look awesome with those tall boots, though...
