I invite competition, but really it's difficult enough to do it everyday - I'm pretty disappointed with my last week.

My 430EX II came in a couple days ago, but I'm still horrible working with flash. This thing does make it easier though.

My 24-70 2.8L, $1400 lens comes in tomorrow!!!!! Anyone want to buy a 17-50 2.8 with vibration control for a canon EFS mount?

Took some shots for a birthday party last weekend - got a couple great one of one of the kids there...




Everytime I looked at her she reminded me of a kid in 1930's Germany: depressed, yet adorable. Hard to explain.

I wish I was using my L lens because that lens flare is horrible...




I told my buddies I was going to intrude on their BMW party and block their shot. :)

So I tried out another tutorial I found for inking...
Unfortunately I don't have a lighting setup, my flash is only on-camera, the only tank I had was a dirty/scratched plastic one, and I have no gels. With all that said, I think some came out ok...
