Well you need to be accepted to a crew and then Ket i think will give you full acess to the site.

That reminds me of some guy I knew in Mir called "altefor"
You have to sit for a week, sign up to a hovercraft.

The new hovercraft module is coming, don't know if there is a delay in putting you forward because of that, or if you just haven't been here a week.
