Post by: Tbone on October 10, 2012, 12:44:00 pm: Well, this is overdue. I haven't deleted the people on the deletion list yet, as I'm giving them a little bit of time to respond. Everyone on both lists have been removed in SWTOR, though.

The Arawn in game is not our Arawn. Our Arawn is named Arawnz in game, because Arawn was already taken.

Brighid (waz_here) and I miss playing with you guys, but MMO's or any regularly scheduled gaming just isn't in our time budget right now. We've been off camping and off-road exploring in our free time and haven't been gaming at all.

As always the time difference and kids always meant trouble (although the likes of Nocry have dedication regardless of location!!). Excitement of swtor is not outweighing those factors - if something else comes up that piques my interest I will mos def be back in.

Aside from that I'm always around for web work!

I got really discouraged back when 1.2 hit and I couldn't raid anymore. Between that patch making my combat medic feel gimp and my PC taking kind of a nose dive lately, I haven't been much of a gamer for the past months.

However, I did just finally order my new PC! So who knows! With SWTOR doing the F2P model I may come back to play it here and there. If not, I'd at least like to get on and play other stuff with you guys.

The group finder never works for ops. On top of it not working for ops the things the group finder does find for you (HM tier 1) drops the most pathetic gear you can get. So grinding HM tier 1's daily will get you black hole comms for black hole gear (which still isnt good enough to get into HM EC).

So you can earn 5 whole black comms per day (major gear pieces are 50 comms+ lol so be ready for weeks of stupid boring flashpoints that take five years to cue up for.

To progress to rakata you HAVE to do operations (raids). And guess what? No one runs pugs on this server

Let me be clear. I say this because people without guilds will never do operations. I have never seen people LFM in general chat for operations and the group finder never works.

So basically if you plan on PVE progressing get ready for a huge grind.

PVP however isn't so bad and if you like PVP the content is still there in SWTOR and is the only reason I'm still subbed.

I came back to a totally wack PVE system.

And of course there are those of you who will disagree but those of you are the ones doing those HM top level ops anyway. You guys have your set groups and set people every week to get your shit done.

Those of us who can't make every raid time will not raid in SWTOR due to not finding groups.

That is a broken system if you ask me.
