Interview system is not bad, just don't understand why older members have to do it.But whatever, its not going to kill me or get me kicked...

I think that adding an interview to the recruitment process is a good idea. Any time you want to talk let me know.

The fact that we have a supposed 'captain' spy means that it will be an old member pretty much, and so he must interview all members. Some people saw us whenwe were but a fledgling faction and saw that we would be great:D, and so they hopped on the bandwagon.

I'm all for the interview thing, but I really do think that this thread should stop. I mean, we've reached five pages, and it's kinda heading in the direction of more an interview thread.
