Recruitment Threads

I appreciate some of you keeping the recruitment threads going, but PLEASE stay in character. If someone says how they thing the "angel is stupid" or something like that, just ignore them. Negative attention is still attention and it looks worse for you to break character and defend yourself than it does for someone to make fun of us. There should be no OOC talk in the recruitment threads and everything should begin and end with the proper tags (## Broadcast depth, ## End Transmission, all that stuff..) Thanks.

i have a question, do we have to be in character every where on the mxo forums or just on the recruitment threads?

Recruitment threads only.

Its not necessarily in character....just vague but intriguing statements with a particular format.  More info in the "Important" stickied thread, above.

Also, it seems to me that some of the cryptic statements are getting a little too helpful.  Reading through our threads on the MxO forums, I think most passersby could figure it out..../concern

I've noticed this to. There were a few threads that were definitely problematic. Unforunately I seem to have miss-placed the link to them at the moment. I'm not sure what we want to do about this, other than reiterating to our members on our own forums that such obvious hints aren't useful. I don't think there is a way to get threads deleted on the MxO forums, at least not one that I know of, but if it is possible we may want to think about removing the overly blatant ones. I know that sounds a bit rude, but we should be thinking about our integrity as a faction first and foremost, even if it means censoring.

True.  We should let the threads that are overly clue-ridden die out, and start new ones.

ive notced the ones about the source, are from ppl not in the faction but have figured out the clues, ppl not in the faction using our character, such as the ## Broadcast depth... ## End Transmission format.
