June 16th PvP Event "V.I.P."

When:
Organization begins at 8:00 PM FA Time (Central)
Start Time: 10:00 PM
End Time: 12:00 AM

Where:
Organization/pre-deployment will take place on Coruscant, the fighting will be going down on Alderaan and Belsavis.

What:

The name of the game is 'V.I.P.', wherein each team will be given a single target to attack and defend. Referees from TOR-Talk will be present to name VIP's on each side, and will invite them to a separate ops group to determine whether they are still alive or not. Taking down the opposing team's VIP will be game for that point. The last faction with a living VIP on each planet, wins.

Who:

We will be fighting alongside Knights of Sokan, Alpha Company, Crimson Elite, Remnants of Hope, Retrospective, Aeturnas Trinitas, Seelund Trading Co., Thirteenth Company, and many others.


What can you do?

Show up! We want to show the Imperials what a Furious Pain Train looks like!

If you're reading this, I (Sared) should already have a calendar event posted. Go sign up! This lets me know how many people we're bringing, and what kind of group makeup we will have.

The Game Plan

Alderaan and Belsavis each have two pre-determined bases per faction. This is where the VIP's must remain until they are dead, or the opposing team's threat is neutralized.

Alderaan

Attacking:
Outpost Eudor
Panteer Hideout

Defending:
Wardpost Duvall
Panteer Refuge

At time of writing, we will be operating as a First-Strike force on Alderaan, alongside Remnants of Hope. Depending on our class composition, we are planning on sending a group of Shadows and Scoundrels in to their base at Eudor to take down the VIP quickly and efficiently, with a back-up force ready to charge in at a moments notice.



A Coy will be handling defense on Alderaan, with supplemental forces from other guilds. The plan is to take out Eudor ASAP, then QT back to Panteer to push the beach back towards the Imperial cave.



As needed, our support force on Eudor will QT to Duvall to support their defenses in the case of an early push there.


After Alderaan has been decided, we will fleet pass out and hit Belsavis before it hits instance population cap and assist in hitting the following targets.

As discussed at the Guild Summit, A Coy have planned a strategy meeting between all the republic guilds planning on being involved on June 16th for the Server Event. We will discuss division of forces, communications, and strategy.

According to Alrek of Alpha Company event starts at 9pm EST on Coruscant to form up where the Sith can't see.. but the actual fighting begins at 11pm EST.
