this was explained to you before nocry... Fast version:  There was a misunderstanding and Pichas was booted from the faction... since he was the captain all his crewmates were also booted it booted the whole crew.  We would have gladly brought the crew back but for some reason that never happened atleast not with you :(.  So thats basically it.

I had a similar situation.  I was a First Mate on Shmuck's hovercraft.  One day I logged on and it told me I was Captain.  He left for whatever reason.  I started kicking all the people in our crew who had been inactive for months, not realizing that you needed a certain amount of people on your crew. :x Bye bye hovercraft.  LOL.
