Tbone try sending a message to testing@swtor.com saying you didn't get an invite sometime after noon on Friday. If they forgot what ever reason they kicked you from beta and the account is not flagged you may be able to get in.

As I've said before, it was someone else's account that they were not using. I think when I moved it flagged the second IP and removed his account. Regardless, he's emailed that address several times, made a thread on the support forum, and tried contacting his friend that initially got him in. Because it is F&A, they told him he had to go through his Bioware contact who I guess decided he had better things to do.
