I picked up Skyrim a few days ago and haven't been enjoying it as much as I had hoped. I just can't seem to get into it the way I did Fallout 3.
I've never played either of the Bioshocks and they look more appealing to me, so I was hoping someone would be willing to make a trade for one or both of them.
I'll be in Denver all this week for work. If any locals want to grab a bite to eat, let me know. I'll be busy for just a few hours out of the day, and outside of that my schedule will be pretty open.

On Saturday night, log into Teamspeak and be ready to party. We'll play for about an hour, or longer if people want. I've rented this server for a month and it is open now, so feel free to use it at your leisure. All I ask is that you don't let the address or password leave these forums.
Team Fortress 2 is available for free on Steam. It's ridiculously fun, especially after some of us have had a few drinks (which we will). Load up the game, click "Browse Servers", and add our server to your favorites.
I'm thinking I want to do an old-fashioned Team Fortress 2 night for my birthday at the end of the month, and I'd like to gauge everyone's interest. I'll rent a dedicated private TF2 server to keep it FA-only. Or if we would rather play on the available public servers, that's cool too.
I was thinking the night of either the 30th or the 31st. It would only go for maybe an hour or two so everyone can get back to TOR.
Alcohol, guns, and teamspeak shenanigans. We can't lose.
Due to circumstances entirely within my control (I could have avoided asking her to marry me, and I could have not applied for this new, awesome, better-paying job), I have found myself in the position where I need to step down from my leadership role in the Furious Angels. Over the next few months my time will be focused on planning my wedding and making a good impression in my new job. Unfortunately this means that gaming will have to take a bit of a back seat.
My successor should be announced soon, and I'm confident they will be much better suited for the role of Guild Liaison and Master.
I'll still be around as often as I can, just not as often as I'd like. When it comes to guild duties, I'll stick with what I do best and that is pretend I know how to use Photoshop.

I was leveling on Tatooine today and I realized that I'm sick of leveling. So I would like to propose the "Helping Hands Initiative For Cool People".ÂÂ
The HHIFCP is designed for anyone who feels they need a helping hand in The Old Republic, and for anyone who wants to lend a helping hand. These people shall heretofore be referred to as "cool people".
Want to conquer the world boss on Coruscant? You're a cool person! Want to complete some 4-man heroics? You're a cool person! Need help taking out that elite mob in your class quest? You're a cool person! Want to help other cool people? You're a cool person!
If you want to group up for anything in particular, you are a cool person and you qualify for the HHIFCP. Teamwork is the name of the game, here. Everyone is encouraged to help everyone. If you have an objective in mind, we'll do everything we can to get to it.ÂÂ

So... this just happened. Anybody have any ideas? I'm thinking the motherboard just cooked itself to death.
About an hour ago I was playing TOR, running Windows XP. Out of nowhere, the screen went pitch black and the LCD on my Logitech keyboard went out. Holding the power button did not shut the machine down. My fans weren't unusually loud, so I don't think the machine was overheating.
After waiting a few seconds, I unplugged the box. I waited a few minutes for everything to spin down.
Upon plugging it back in and pressing the power button, I'm stuck at a black screen. The keyboard and mouse do not register so I can't boot into safe mode, and I don't hear the familiar BIOS "beep" before Windows begins booting. The machine turns on, but just sits at a black screen and does not receive any input. I can't even open the disc drive.
Tried swapping video cards, tried removing and replacing the BIOS battery, tried removing and replacing the RAM. Tried using a different keyboard. CPU does not appear to be burned or damaged.
It's just a mirror of our homepage, so don't bother trying to log in. :) I'd like to get some feedback on the header logo and the general look of the theme.
I've been feeling for a while that the visuals of our main access site could do with some sprucing up, so I figured I'd take a crack at it. Perhaps if its well-received it will be implemented.
