Right, I had heard stories about Outlaw but I don't know ever piece of info so I'm sorry if you guys already know this.

Scroll to the 3rd pic from the end and read the chat log and you'll see a message from outlaw to Veil.

It's in the middle of the chatbox in a /tell form.

This could be interpreted in one of two ways.. he's either trying to trick her into giving her information by portraying himself as a Cypherite (as they're on different servers, they might not be able to tell *rolls eyes), or they actually share information, but not on a first-name basis.

It may sound crude, but a juggler can only keep his balls in the air for so long. People are going to start to take notice that ML is always around when the action is geared towards the Cypherites.
