Speaking of which, I have kind of a fun announcement:
My best friend in Venice is this guy named Chris Hazard, he was the frontman for a band called "Funhouse" and back in the day they opened for Guns n Roses on their Appetite for Destruction tour... anyway, he's starting a country/folk rock cover band called "Ginger Merkin" and I've been invited to be a backup vocalist!

I'm currently sitting on my mom's deck enjoying the sunshine. This is the first day it has been 70 degrees in Michigan this year. Summer is finally here, and I couldn't be happier.
