Yeah yeah it's dubstep. Just least listen to the pick-up from :30-55 and the drop+hook from :55 onwards. It put a happy on my face at work last night.

I'm in the middle of season two and if the melodrama, soap opera, every cliche in the book shit doesn't stop I'm going to stop watching. So far I'm not 'getting' the uber hype.

It's a good show when it sticks to the crime drama.

Alright, this has been fucking with me for a few weeks now but I finally found it. Either Darren Korb was inspired by Ludacris (which I'm totally okay with), or (more likely) they both used the same sample set in Fruity Loops or Cubase or whatever.

Listen to the strings backing that comes in at 0:13

Ludacris - My Chick Bad ft. Nicki Minaj

Same, slower-paced string backing with virtually identical progression starts at ~0:15.
