Not a big fan of the background, especially sinse the main part blocks some of it... Putting it to white only would hide the white line.

It looks a little too plain without the background. The white line I can forgive unless someone has a solution that doesn't involve it getting all borked up in Firefox.

So here's what we have left to begin APB Recruitment

-APB Website acceptable? Hopefully by now it is close...
-thefuriousangels.com - Do we require registration to surf around, or have our basic history, etc. available to anyone who comes to the site?
-What should the post say that we put on all of the forums?
-We need a unified sig (at least similar template) for when we begin. Still no one has created a decent looking APB FA Badge...or even tried one.

New design idea I had after working on the sigs:

Except black font for "Home, Mission, etc.".

Yeah, I chose that red to go with the dripping blood theme. Maybe I could do a hover-over black?

And I'm not sure about the motto "No identity...no limits...you answer to angels." The tag line needs tweaking...

New site design has been implemented. You'll find it is not as harsh as the previous idea, but more secretive. I still need input please. It takes 30 seconds to post your thoughts.

It's almost a complete 180 from the other one. I liked the other one except for the silly background. This new look is easier to read and might overall express our persona in this game better.

I like it a lot better than the old version.  The old version felt a little cold and corporate.  

I hope you don't mind, but this new design inspired me.  You don't have to use this.

I like the new look you both propose.  However, regarding the paper - rather than it being something torn from a notebook, could it be revamped to look like an eyes-only confidential professional document?

Honestly between Manic's and Tbone's I prefer the latter, it just seems a little more sleek.

If I may make a suggestion; I'd love for there to be an "Angel Bios" tab, or something to that effect. FA members who are part of a squad and active in the game  can submit their character's backstory on the forums, and it can be posted on the site. I only say this because I look for excuses to roleplay, and I know I'd love the opportunity to publish my character's personal history where it matters. Doing so may seem a bit out of sorts, after all a professional anti-crime organization wouldn't display a detailed background on all of it's members for the world to see, but we could style it up and make it look like each story has been censored, with important specifics blacked out CIA style. I'll stop myself before I start rambling, but you get what direction I'm going in here, right?

I have to say I like Manic's take on Tbone's design.....with a few further modifications.  I think the overall image needs a pair of hand-cuffs and a badge to be complete.  I also like the idea of the classified document format......but all of that is my opinion.

I also like the idea of the tab for Angel Bios.  As most of you are aware, I find it very fun and (for me) fulfilling to create an elaborate character backstory.  I've done two or three stories for my MxO character and I have done one for my Darkfall character.  Previous to that, I wrote a character bio for my SWG character and plan on writing backstories for both my APB and SWTOR characters. The best part is sharing these bios with others. Cutting to the chase, I support the suggestion.

I actually wanted to do a characters story area as well. The reason I didn't was that I wanted to include pictures, and APB is still under the NDA, and almost all of you still aren't in the game yet. Not to mention once we are in game, we'll need to figure out uniforms, cars, etc. I feel like that is something we should add at a later date.

I like Manic's paper and top secret stuff better, but I miss my gun and blood splatters against the white. I'm not really sure which dogtag I like better.

We're getting away from the badge and handcuffs a bit since we are going a bit more secretive, rogue than police.
