Thanks to Me and Eroz we have figured out what several different game states do:

Blind - Causes all ability level -40pts. Can escape interlock.
Stun - No skills work. Can't escape interlock.
Confuse - Hacker skills work, soilder don't. Can't escape interlock.
Powerless - Hacker skills work, soilder don't. Can escape interlock.

Either way, Gunmen always get BONED. That's like PWNED but with much more sodomy.

Gunmen only get BONED if that is all they are. Mix them up with a little of something else, and they should be pretty good.

Even though Lithium said something about it's all about getting good guns to be a great Gunman, I don't think so.

Hyper dodge makes it near impossible to hit anybody in a duel. And as soon as I go into interlock (well, not anymore since I spent 3 million on Karate) I'd get my ass handed to me. So now it seems like I'm not a gunman with a few karate moves, but a karate master with a few gun moves. Grrr!

I never said anythign about getting good guns I said gunmen havea great advantage with Force Mulitplier and would probably do well, however I got onto QA for 10mins last night when it was up for that short period of time and I saw that it had been toned down a lot thus kinda making the gunmen suck again.

Great work Lithium!  Do you know what the specific effects of these states are, if any:
I'm not sure if these actually do anything other than allow a move to be performed, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Dazed
Staggered
Off-balance
Rooting
Mez - This just freezes you until you get hit or interlocked, correct?

Dazed, Staggered, and Off-Balance really don't serve a purpose besides having the chance to use a status effect skill form what I have seen...and about the gunman getting boned or whatever....send me a PM and I'll tell you a nifty little trick to becoming a rocking gunman...

Oh and rooting reduces movement speed by like 100% or something....although rooting should be set up so that you can't move period with or without speed buffs.
