I went and dug up the link for my favorite matrix code screen saver.  It's much better than the official one, especially at higher resolutions.

You'll have to enable Japanese language fonts to get the full effect. See the readme if you need to learn how.

I'm using MS UI Gothic.

Yeah, it's nice. Looks better just with the black background than your desktop image poking through imo.

I tried it out and yuck worst one I've seen. There was a really good one but I forgot what it was lol.

yea turn off 'over desktop' and 'transparent' and you'll be good.

I've had a couple amtrix creensavers, the "official" one, and a couple non offical one. Like some other products of the matrix, it was sorta sub-standard. I mean if it was so official, they could have made it alot better.

I don't really like zmatrix... its way too small and looks really bad on the desktop, which is the only way ive seen to use it.

I think the ones Subtek found is really good, if you fiddle around you can get it looking really cool..

I didn't really like Z Matrix too much either,  but I couldn't really get  the one Subtek has to work that well for me either, so I think I'm just sticking with the My Pictures slideshow

Uhh... zmatrix, if you right click on the taskbar icon, you can set it as a screensaver.

To make it Full-Green, right click on the taskbar icon, goto configure, and in the bottom right, change the Mode from Bitmap to Color.

I made my own pictures slideshow, I got rid of all those ugly pics of random people, I've got a bitchin slideshow now  :)
