Welcome back... I never said goodbye to you... so... hmm... this is odd. :/

Well, here goes the skinny.
It would be around tow or three months ago now. It was around the time Tbone created the leaving thread. Pyre asked me to join his faction. I said I would join as an honorary community member, as I didn’t have too much of an inclination to leave the FA or to join the SFC. As the situation wore on, Pyre had to step down from his captain position as he didn’t want the responsibility of being both a captain and a clan leader (exactly why I didn’t want to join his clan). He didn’t know who to give it to, as he hadn’t gotten a feel for the members of his clan yet. I did offer to hold the captain position, and I realize this as a mistake now, as I didn’t realize that Pyre really didn’t have a feel for his clan. I expected him to give someone the captainship within two days. Wrong. Either he really couldn’t choose, or he really wanted me in his clan. Any who, I pestered him for a little while about.
As it was getting to the boiling point of me just posting to their whole clan about it, Darigaaz and I had a quarrel and he left the SFC for the FA. He informed Tbone of my treason, and Tbone took action accordingly. I was immediately expelled from the clan, pending further conversations with Pyre by Tbone. Darigaaz and me talked, and I realized Pyre had never spoken with Darigaaz about my situation. Anyways, I do not know fully how the story went from there. Tbone spoke with Pyre, and brought up the topic with the staff members. Apparently, there was a split vote. Tbone brought it up again, and, well, here I am.
I thought I should tell this to you all to let you know. Whether or not you think I was wrong, the situation misunderstood, whatever you wish to believe. Although I care what you say about the issue, it will not wear heavy on my conscience what you say if it is merely “u r gay. Leave the faction.” I’m sorry, it just won’t.
In any case, I’m glad to be back. Whether or not your glad to see me after this is all up to you.

I still don't see the whole problem with people being keeping in touch with multiple factions at this point, as the game is still only in closed beta.

its not that we dont condone having friends in other factions, but it kinda hurts our secrecy and our trust if say the devs asked us to participate in the mxo beta, heck we'd jump at the chance, but i know your other clanmates would feel betrayed that they didn't get in and you did. its just something that tbone and the rest of the faction really doesn't want to deal with, i would much rather have people in one faction then 2, helps me trust them more :) and for luvy, well i trusted ya anyway so...lol welcome back, i missed u :)

Multi-guilding is not tolerated. If you're in the faction, you're in it. If you're in another faction, you're not in this one. That was the issue. Simple as that.
