Title: No Ability vendors in Beta server work?

I havent found any high level ability vendors after this patch that work at all.  There are class specific ones like martial arts  and patcher, but they dont do anything.  Has anyone been able to find working ability vendors, or know how to use the class ones?

Are you talking about regular or QA?

QA has many things disabled (pvp, factions, archive construct, collectors, etc.), but you should still be able to use the Vendors (Mara, Tabor Park, Apollyon, and Stamos are the best spots).

Low level abilities and all the high level abilities I've sought are currently not available via vendors. It has yet to be seen if Coders can craft them.

Stamos has high level abilities.
