Don't count on it.Larry's mind has always been femalish and now it has just "Sprung".I'm sure he will still act the same, however he will not be in the exact same body....

I am getting really freaked out now. So, he/she is a masculine woman/man, who wants to be a woman, but has grim and gothic ideas of the future and is influenced by the bible.
